Rating and reviews about main role
All the actors have put in a tremendous effort to portray their respective characters precisely as envisioned by the writers. Tanvi Malhara is a good find. Her delivery of dialogue and innocence while essaying the role are particularly excellent. Kunal Jai Singh also aces his role as the flamboyant, practical, and dashing Kabir. The show has a simple and subtle narrative, but it addresses a hard issue that in many ways is relevant even today
This new drama is nothing out-of-the-box. As it gave us a déjà vu feel when we saw the first promo of the show wherein pregnant Katha is seen raising questions to the society. Similarly, we had seen Colors show Choti Sarrdaarni’s Meher (Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia) standing up for her rights and for the rights of her unborn child in the first promo and the poster of the show. It seems that the show is inspired by Choti Sarrdaarni. Well, only time will tell if this is true or not?
From the first few episodes, we feel the masala and drama quotient will only intensify with time and this show will do well, hopefully. We credit Muskurane Ki Wajah Tum Ho with 2.5 out of 5 stars.
